preparation of a park management plan

approval of annual programs of park operations on the basis of the park management plan, and perform or implement the tasks determined therein

constantly monitor and analyze the natural attractions, biodiversity and regional features in the park and prepare reports on the conditions in the park

supervise the performance of or perform protection regimes, environmental protection activities and developmental orientations in accordance with this decree

administer the maintenance, renovation and protection of natural attractions in the park

conclude contracts on protection from the law which regulates environmental protection

work together with the RS Institute of Environmental Protection in the preparation of environmental protection guidelines for work which refers to the park

harmonize and monitor research work connected with the park

cooperate with international projects, including those with the purpose of obtaining funds for the operation of the park, presentations and professional research of the park, and supervise the performance of accepted projects

supervise the presentation of the park, including informing the public about the importance of the park

ensure access to information on the park and run the park information center

work together with local communities in achieving the protection and development of the park

work together with the owners of land within the park and give them professional assistance and advice

administer state-owned real estate in the park and make decisions with the Articles of Association of the public institution

prepare and maintain trails and signage in the park and other park infrastructure necessary for visiting the park, and run a guide service in the park

arrange natural attractions or parts of the park for sightseeing and visiting, in accordance with the park administration plan

perform other tasks in the context of protection and development in accordance with this decree
